Excellent opportunity for experienced Construction Site Foreman/Builders to join a rapidly expanding company based in London!
Company
The company is one of the most esteemed building contractors managing high end projects within the private market. Working alongside local authorities and private clients, they have carried out bespoke projects in Knightsbridge and South Kensington including Cadogan Square, Kinnerton Yard, Onslow Square and The Boltons.
Due to continued growth the company is now looking to recruit Site Forman/Builders to join their team. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Working mostly on residential refurbishment and conversation of houses to flats
- Carry out work to a high standard
- Working in a great team
- Adhering to Health & Safety
Candidate Requirement
- Must be highly motivated and hard working
- Able to lead others and deal with sub trades
- Experience in dealing with all aspects of building and associated trades
- Highly organised
- Keen to keep worksites clean and tidy
