Life insurance adviser

We are currently seeking experienced life Insurance Advisors to join our expanding team based in Altrincham.

£ 20,000 - £25,000 excellent basic (depending on  experience) + bonus + incentives!!

OTE £35K to £40K!!

Responsibilities

·         To convert enquiries to policies for prospective clients over the phone. This takes the form of primarily inbound life insurance enquiries provided by the in-house leadgeneration team. Successful candidates will be working a mix of new policies and exisiting policy switching.
·         Work in accordance to FCA regulations and procedures
·         Meet and exceed targets set
·         Provide clients with the best possible advice
·         Generate business to exceed targets
·         Manage time and complete paperwork compliantly and efficiently
·         Act in a professional manner delivering excellent customer service at all times
·         Complete full fact find with each client recommending the appropriate products
·         Update company records accordingly

Experience

·         Life and Protection products - 1 yr experience minimum.
·         Knowledge of insurance market and providers
·         Sales minded & highly motivated
·         Customer focused & professional
·         Outbound sales experience
