Our Client operates one of the largest and most advanced windows and doors manufacturing facilities in the UK.

They now have an opportunity available for a Business Development Manager to join them to efficiently grow the sales and profit of Trade within the allocated area in line with the agreed budgets and business plan.

Positively contributing to a unified and dynamic sales and marketing team that’s highly respected inside and outside the business, you will maximise profit and cash generation through effective planning, budgeting and delivery of sales revenue targets working closely with the Trade Sales Director.  

Adding value to our Client’s UK’s sales proposition by effectively and efficiently using all available resources to justify their premier brand status, you will nurture relationships with all allocated customers and develop business plans for your area aimed at sustainably growing trade sales and profit year on year. 

Self-motivated with business development experience, you should have a good knowledge of the fenestration market and an outward-looking, ambitious and enterprising approach to your role.  A ‘big picture’ player, you must be a strong negotiator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
