Regional Director of Care - Lancashire - GBP65k-GBP70k + Car and generous holiday entitlement
Our quality driven client, an LD & Mental health charity is now looking to recruit an experienced Regional Director of Care for Lancashire based in the Chorley area. This is a very exciting challenging role where you will need a strong background in LD/MH and complex care and a background in nursing and supported living is also advantageous. You will be at the forefront leading a large team of highly dedicated staff ensuring the services offer high standards of care throughout with full compliance.
You will need to be qualified to level 5 standard, RMA or RGN or equivalent.
Our client is looking for an excellent communicator who can demonstrate strong leadership, team working and who has that high quality focus. You will need excellent project management experience knowledge of relevant funding streams and have effective budget management; you will also need knowledge of current issues within the health and social care sector and the voluntary sector. Ability to achieve development growth and ensure operational financial sustainability is required while being able to demonstrate inspiration, resilience and the ability to work well under pressure.
You will need to be flexible, a car driver, have knowledge of the area have excellent IT skills, communication skills, be approachable, well- motivated and have a positive approach to your work.
