The Role

A growing, fast-paced FMCG company in Hertfordshire is looking for an ambitious Business Unit Director to join their successful team. The incoming Business Unit Director will manage a buzzing team of National Account Managers to maximise profits across their top account; one of the UK’s leading supermarkets.

You will be solely responsible for maintaining and building relationships with large commercial clients as well as creating winning sales strategies for this progressive market leader.

Some key responsibilities:

• Managing and leading the team
• Developing sales strategies to create growth for the business’ existing accounts
• Key point of contact for large commercial clients
