In order to ensure delivery of an efficient and high quality repairs service to our customers we are looking to recruit the following role into our Responsive Repairs and Voids Team:

Electrical Surveyor

Salary - Competitive (37 hours per week)

We are looking for an euthusiastic individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be required to liaise with contractors and customers, to oversee and carry out quality inspections on completed works and assist with the preparation and delivery of planned and programmed
electrical contracts. Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills are therefore essential. 

The scope of works covers a wide range of services - electrical installation works, re-wires, electrical testing, door entry, fire alarms, communal aerial systems and lifts, etc. A good understanding of health and safety, along
with strong organisational and problem solving skills are essential to this role.

You should be competent to undertake supervision of electrical works and hold relevant City and Guilds, EAL Assessment or equivalent qualifications as a minimum requirement.
