Our clients Graduate Leadership Scheme is seeking out our leaders of the future - in the process it will provide a brilliant platform for progression. This unique and varied programme will introduce you to a wide range of roles across the Insurance sector to find a future that's right for you.

You will develop a well-rounded skillset in every aspect of the business, spending time in each of the following departments - Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Underwriting, Claims and Operations.

Whatever your aspirations, our client's Graduate Leadership Scheme will give you all the support you need to make a rapid progression within the insurance business. You will build your leadership and management skills, and learn from a senior manager who will act as your personal mentor throughout your journey.

You will need a degree with at least a 2:1, but just as importantly we are on the lookout for a candidate with a hardworking, never-give-up attitude - that's what's really valuable to us.
