This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team who are pivotal to Experian's future customer servicing capability. You will help pioneer new ways of working that will be instrumental towards the success of our customer experience transformation program.
Accountable for leading an elite team of customer service representatives who are passionate about exceeding customer expectations. As a confident and engaging people manager, you will use your knowledge and experience to help realise our ambition of providing effortless, world-class customer service.
You should be organised, dynamic and understand the benefit of change.

Job Requirements:

Managerial Experience and some experience of working in an Operations environmentProcess improvement, coaching and developing peopleLeading meetingsEffective & confident in communicating at all levels, and internal / external stakeholdersDealing with conflict and difficult situationsKnowledge of compliance and information security regulations within teamProblem solving and decision making skillsAbility to deal effectively with escalated calls
