This direct mail company based in Loanhead, is looking to recruit an Account Manager.

They are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to help oversee their portfolio of clients. Working closely with their existing team, you will oversee daily estimating, order processing and client queries in a professional manner. Print and mailing experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Good communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Ability to work individually, as well as part of a team
- Print/mailing experience beneficial, but not essential

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal production team
- Managing client communications in a professional manner
- Ensuring client estimates and orders are processed in the required timescales
- Developing strong relationships with allocated clients
- Maintaining client records on MIS to ensure information is kept updated
