A new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator and a Customer Service Administrator to join a growing packaging manufacturer. Operating out of a modern production facility in Cricklade, Wiltshire, they work with clients both locally and throughout the UK.

Customer Service Coordinator Role
We are looking for people who put our customers at the heart of every decision that is made. These are key roles in a challenging and dynamic office environment. You will be responsible for building a rapport with customers and delivering an exceptional service. These roles require the ability to deal with technical information and queries. You will be a part of a very busy Customer Service Team so being able to work as a part of a team but also on your own is a must.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing customers queries and requests, ensuring that all communications are professional, appropriate, polite and productive.
• Building an excellent rapport with customer and delivering a first class customer’s service.
• Ability to coordinate each stage of the order process from pre-production through the delivery to the aftercare.
• Processing customers’ orders with 100% accuracy and at a speed which enables achievement of daily targets.
• Prioritising the workload and multitasking

Qualifications/ Skills / Skill set
• Excellent customer service skills
• High levels of numeracy and literacy
• Exceptional communication skills
• Understanding of end to end supply chain
• Ability to work to individual KPIs
• Strong administration skills and knowledge on Microsoft Office package
