Job Location: Sheffield (S3 8GW)
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & COMPETENCIES:
• Excellent administration & organisational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications - specifically Word, Excel & Power Point.
• Experience of Customer Relationship Management and basic accounting knowledge.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to a variety of situations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To arrange travel, meetings and maintain the diary for managers within UK office.
• Process various sales and accounting paperwork for both India & US sites.
• Use CRM database to monitor & progress sales order enquiries.
• Manage UK office requirements for supplies, maintenance & repair.
