Full time Sales and Customer Service (Office Based - Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire) Salary - between £16,500 to £19,500 - depending on experience - with up to £2,000 bonus potential per annum.

You will enjoy making a difference to customers' lives by helping them choose the right light for their needs. You will relish making the most of every customer call and be passionate about giving the best customer service possible.

8.30 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday (40 hours/week) Holidays - 20 Days + Bank Holidays. Other benefits include Statutory Pension scheme, complimentary team building events, full training and development plan.

The Role:
- Talking mainly over the phone and helping customers order the right product for their needs plus upselling and adding value on each call.
- Following up sales leads to convert to purchase.
- Exceeding bold personal and team performance targets.
- Supporting the Customer Service Team: handling delivery enquiries, product returns, swaps etc.
- Maintaining accurate detailed customer records.

Essential Skills:
You need to:
- Love and be great at selling
- Have at least 1 years' experience working in a Sales/CST environment
- Be a caring person and an empathetic patient listener
- Be reliable, ooze an up-for-it attitude and be a good team player
- Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Love working hard, fast and going the extra mile to get the job done
- Have fast, accurate typing skills for data inputting
- A willingness to learn, improve and step outside your comfort zone.
