Position: Production Administrator
Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire
Job Type: Part Time or Full Time considered, Permanent
Hours: 25 - 40 hours per week, between the hours of 08.00 - 17.30, Monday - Friday.
Salary: Dependent on experience

The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Director this role is to support the Administration Team in the efficient running of the department by meeting job timescales and demands, whilst completing jobs to the highest of standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use computer software to record and process sales orders
- Update bill of materials in support of the sales order processing
- Create works orders from sales orders in the system as part of completing the sales order process
- Identify and drive process improvements of Sage 200 throughout the department
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff
Desirable skills/ Experience:
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative practices and procedures
- Proven ability to problem solve where information is incomplete
- Experience gained in a deadline focused environment
- Hands on and proactive
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages such as Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Sage 200 - desirable but not essential
