My client, a fleet maintenance company are looking for a dayshift technician to join their workshop
Your Main Responsibilities will be:
Carry out routine maintenance & repairs on all makes of vehicles/trailers to VOSA standard
Diagnose and rectify all types of faults
Ensure all vehicles worked upon are handled carefully and that all precautions are taken whilst on the premises
Liaise with parts department to attain correct parts
Ensure Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered too
Ensure appropriate clockings are made, all job cards and service sheets are completed in a timely manner
Maintain a thorough and current product knowledge and attend training courses
Experience/skills
Technical qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ Qualified Technician) or proven experience repairing & maintaining all makes of vehicles and trailers
Current Driving Licence
HGV Licence preferable
