This is an opportunity to join an outstanding training provider for Early Years and Play-work qualifications.
Due to the popularity of their courses they are looking for an Early Years tutor to support their students.
The tutor will be responsible for delivering qualifications on ESFA funded programmes commencing 1st August 2017.
The position is offered at a salary of £16,000 per annum, working 32.5 hours per week from 9:00am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday and will be based on a term time contract. Approx 42 weeks per year.
The ideal candidate will:
- have a background working within Early Years
- have a relevant teaching qualification eg PGCe / PTLLS / DTLLS
- have strong communication skills
- be able to work independently
- have an Early Years qualification to Level 3 or above
- have strong organisational skills
Responsibilities will include:
- Organise & Planning delivery of teaching sessions
- Delivery of teaching sessions to young people (aged 16-23)
Desirable Qualifications:
- Level 2 Functional Skills/or equivalent in English, Maths & ICT
