Fancy making over £40,000 a year in sales but without the hard-sell?
This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's largest and fastest growing claims management companies. But it's not their size that matters; it's the way they do business. Utilising state of the art internet-based marketing procedures means that their sales team only work on warm, pre-qualified, live leads. In fact, they only call people who have asked to be contacted for help!
Success has meant that they are rapidly expanding the business from their modern city office in the centre of Manchester (next to the train station for ease of access) but they have hit a problem. They currently have more requests for their claims management services than their current team can handle - and that's why they need your help.
Why you?
Because you're someone that likes to makes things happen, who is great speaking with people on the phone, who loves overachieving targets, and who wants to be financially rewarded for being the best. You're also someone who hates "automated dialing machines", who dislikes "calls per hour targets" and the thought of working in a stuffy, old-fashioned environment makes you gag!
What have you got?
You have a great track record within telephone sales, gained through direct, hands-on experience in a sales environment. You're a people-person, having a genuine interest in listening to others and make people feel at ease. You also have the ability to quickly win rapport with individuals whom you have never spoken with before, guiding and assisting them where needed. Finally, you have an amazingly positive telephone presence and you talk with a smile!
What will they give you?
They want to give you a £15,000 basic salary for your help and want you to earn at least another £2,000 per month extra from their realistic yet uncapped bonus scheme by doing what you do best - being you!
Anything else?
Actually, yes. They can offer flexible working hours on an individual basis and have a structured career path for promotion should you be interested in moving up the corporate ladder. They have sales-led daily incentives and additional long-term bonuses for their highest achievers. They also organise staff outings for team building, in-keeping with their work hard/play hard office culture. Their offices are in a landmark building in the Northern quarter of Manchester City Centre, 2 minutes walk from Piccadilly Train Station. This means you have access to a number of great food bars and restaurants for regular power-lunches. If you drive a car they have two large car parks 30 seconds away from them for easy commuting.
Sounds good, doesn't it?
Then just apply for the role and, subject to suitability, they will arrange a convenient time for you to tell them why you would be awesome in this role. After all, talking is what you do best!
Apply for a role with them as soon as possible and let's make this happen.
