Head of HR Operations
ATC Recruitment is currently looking for a Head of HR Operations based in Manchester. As a member of the senior management team, you will work collaboratively to deliver the HR business plan and develop an integrated plan to broaden the scope of the services in line with the HR transformation programme.
Skills & capabilities required of the Head of HR Operations
- Understanding of and demonstrable experience in implementing HR Service Delivery models
- Wealth of experience working in Group HR and HR Shared Services, driving operational performance
- Strong experience within managing and delivering change
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience in developing strategy/plans and managing change
- Knowledge and awareness of relevant HR legislation, compliance and policies
Key responsibilities required of the Head of HR Operations:
- Deliver a great customer experience in the delivery of HR services
- Develop and implement a plan for HR data and insights journey
- Recruit and develop talent to deliver a great customer service and experience
- Develop and implement improvement plans to deliver efficiency in the operation
