This is an opportunity to join a highly successful manufacturing business who continue to invest heavily in their state of the art manufacturing facilities.
The purpose of the role is to provide administration support for the Sales and Workshop Teams to include data entry, filing, scanning, time sheet control, ordering, receipting of goods in, goods out.
Principal Accountabilities
- Data entry of all hours carried out in the workshop.
- Enter all new jobs onto the system including pump detail, customer information and all recorded data.
- Creating SOP's on request, including zero value, well as creating and sending POP's to the supplier and sub contracts
- Filing/scanning of all paper based recorded information i.e. delivery notes and old job packs
- Ordering parts for both sales and Workshops from detailed costing sheets
- The use of Sage Line 200 to complete the above tasks
- Receipting in and checking of parts received and creating shipping labels for packages to be sent out
- Answering telephone calls and re-directing to relevant person. Updating all spreadsheets i.e. purchase order, projected spreadsheets and spreadsheets relating to any saved concessions
It is essential you have five GCSE's grade C or above (or equivalent), including English & Maths. It is also essential to be at an intermediate level or higher within Microsoft Office packages, as well as experience of working within administration and manufacturing environment.
Whilst it is not essential, it would be desirable if you had a qualification within Business Administration/Studies and have knowledge/experience or Sage Line 200
