Job Description
Seeking an ambitious and experienced administrator with the drive and determination to progress in the medium to long term. The position is based within a busy office based in Leeds, supporting various sales teams.
Your duties will include..
* Raising sales orders, purchase orders, pro-forma invoices
* Answering the telephone and directing to the correct member of staff
* Dealing with customer queries via phone and email
* General administration and supporting the team
* Learning product terminology
You will be need to be..
Highly organised and have previous administration experience.
Have excellent communication skills as well as being aware of providing a time critical service
A good general level of literacy, numeracy and computer skills are essential for this role.
Be able to problem solve under pressure
Have a willingness to learn and develop whilst on the job
Great with all aspects of MS Office
A can do approach and personality
A good team player with excellent motivation & confidence and
Able to deliver a high standard of customer service and a confident telephone manner is essential!
The office is located just outside central Leeds and has free parking or if on transport then the train station at Bramley is minutes walk away
Great career progression is available and salary will be dependent on experience in and in the region of GBP20,000-GBP25,000
