Our client is a highly successful and award winning travel company with offices across the globe that offer various travel services to travellers around the world. Due to success and expansion we are now seeking many German Speaking Customer Service Accommodation Executives to join our clients dynamic, pleasant and international work environment. This role is ideal for a Russian Speaker with customer service and or B2B experience seeking an exciting career in travel in which training will be provided. Or if you are currently working for a tour operator or a hotel in reservations or reception and seeking career progression, in which you will be rewarded for your hard work, apply today!
Each day will not be the same:
• Providing support and advice by answering a variety of inquiries from hotels and properties.
• Making sure the website is accurate and up to date with accommodation details in order to meet the expectations of travelers.
• Responsible for delivering a high level of service to and building productive and continuing relationships.
To be the cut above the rest:
• Some previous experience in the travel, hotel or hospitality industry, or other customer-focused industries
• Available 40 hours per week and be flexible in work schedule
• Solution driven and enjoy working in client-driven environments
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
