Competent Book Keeper required

Competent bookkeeper sought to fulfil varied role - Job split 50/50 completing rental accounts / completing inspections and coordinating maintenance. Successful candidate must be methodical with high attention to detail & good time management skills whilst maintaining excellent client relationships. Knowledge of letting process & legislation beneficial yet training will be provided. Full driving license essential.  An interesting job within our small friendly team - may suit someone interested in property, looking for a career change? You will be as much as part of our Lettings team as you are a book keeper in this role. Accelerated Promotion scheme if extra duties taken on later.
