Senior Recruitment Consultant- White Collar Construction
Location - Sheffield
Salary - GBP25,000 - GBP40,000
Package - Commission, Guarantee, Team Commission, Incentives
My client is one of the largest privately owned recruitment companies in the UK. In 2017 they will celebrate 25 successful years in the recruitment industry. They have an extensive network of branches nationwide, providing over 5,500 temporary staff on a weekly basis and placing over 2000 permanent candidates each year. Employing over 350 direct staff they fill in excess of 300,000 bookings every year successfully supplying to over 2000 UK and International companies.
As a company they have excelled, they are highly recommended by their clients and candidates and have plans for further expansion in the future; the Directors who have built the business are very hands on and have an exceptional understanding of the market and what it takes to succeed.
Role:
You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a knowledge or interest in white collar construction recruitment.
My clients have over 30 years construction recruitment experience in the senior structure of the business and they are more than capable of sharing this knowledge with those who would like to learn it, this along with their impressive portfolio of clients who they receive high levels of repeat business from gives them a very attractive opportunity to offer.
They are looking for experience within permanent or freelance/contract markets as both sides of the business are experiencing high levels of growth with endless vacancies coming in and new clients wanting to come on board.
There is the option of covering the Residential, Civil's, Commercial or Building markets, all areas that they are highly experienced within.
You will be responsible for the continued growth of this desk by building new relationships and nurturing existing business.
This position will suit a strong Recruitment Consultant who is looking for an opportunity to progress in a transparent environment, the sector background is not important; however the aspirations of the person are key.
