Admin Assistant / Customer Service Assistant.
We are looking for a flexible Administration Assistant/ Customer Service Assistant for our branch in Hoylake. This is a really good opportunity for someone to gain valuable experience for a Market leading company in Building Merchant industry.
The Role with be a 0 hours contract working 8 – 12 hours a week. We can work around your availability. You be working 2 or 3 hours a day on average. Although, we can work around you. So if you are busy one day you can make those hours up another day of the week. We will be fully flexible to work around you.
The Branch is looking for someone flexible to help around the branch as they have had an influx of admin, due to their growth.
Experience in the following would be beneficial.
- Administration.
- Customer Service.
- Experience in Microsoft work and Outlook.
- Dealing with Supplier or Customer quires.
- Checking deliveries.
