Case Manager

This social enterprise is recruiting Case Manager positions for prison and community settings in Kent.

You will be working with offenders to break down the barriers to resettlement and enter into employment, training or education. Main duties include group work facilitation; recruiting participants to the programme, coaching, training and mentoring groups and one-to-one.

Essential Skills & Knowledge:
- Demonstrable interest / experience in social inclusion.
- Tolerant, non-judgmental attitude to those who are socially excluded.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently.
- Able to demonstrate a resilient and robust approach to working with challenging and unpredictable environments.

Desirable Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience coaching neurodiverse adults in the workplace.
- Experience of supporting offenders in prison and/or the community.
- BSc in Psychology (or near completion) or equivalent.
