Hours 8:30am – 4:30pm
An effective and proactive Credit Controller required to control and manage all areas in an effective and efficient manner.
Role profile:
To provide a professional and business like service to all customers
To efficiently deal with credit control tasks
Mainly chasing payments on the telephone
Liaise with other departments relating to customer relations/service requirements
Person profile:
Confident person with excellent customer facing skills
Excellent telephone manner and Microsoft office skills
Highly organised with a natural ability and a desire for problem solving
Essential criteria:
Excellent numeracy, written and oral communication skills
Good knowledge of ICT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and email
One year + experience in a Credit Control environment
Desired criteria:
Own transport
