This is an opportunity to join an online and national retailer of quality electronic cigarette and vaping merchandise, stocking a large range of e-liquids, hardware, accessories and more.

Due to our continuing growth they now need someone who has experience in interrogating EPOS and market data to create and provide reports and business documents to their salesforce and senior management highlighting and initiating valuable commercial insights.

It is vital you have had previous experience of a multi-site, fast paced business, creating and providing first line support through reporting and data analytics to apply for this role.

The ideal candidate will already possess:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a Data Analyst/BI role
- Previous knowledge and experience of creating a suite of business reports and KPIs
- Managing multiple stakeholder projects
- Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel and Powerpoint knowledge
- Previous Merchandiser/Category controller experience would be advantageous

Key responsibilities:
- Analysing business performance at both retail front end and product category level to assist in the understanding of data to maximise sales and profitability
- Creating reports/kpi indicators for the salesforce and Senior Management to allow them to activate required action from reported conclusions
- Communicate information from retail and category performance to business stakeholders in a consistent, cohesive and comprehensive way
- Assist in improving data quality and process issues
- Work with our salesforce to enhance the reporting from external and internal systems
- Managing inventory profiles and product lifecycle
- Management of Inventory ideal plans and retail estate replenishment
