Main Duties
Working as part of the finance team, helping to provide an efficient and effective service to the firm's clients, partners and staff.
Key Accountabilities:
- Processing high volume of purchase invoices, fee notes and cheques
- Dealing with fee earner queries quickly and efficiently
- Payment of client money and supplier invoices
- Ensuring Law Society Rules and internal controls are adhered to
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Closing files on system
- Proving administrative support to the finance team
- Undertaking ad hoc tasks as required
Experience, Knowledge & Skills required:
- An interest in accounts and a desire to develop a career within this area
- Strong academic results (particularly mathematics)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use initiative
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, maturity and discretion
- Full training will be provided
Qualifications
Someone with 5 standards (Level 1 - 3) OR 5 National Level 5 grades, both qualifications including Maths and English would be ideal

Working days/hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm
