Mechanical Maintenance Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join an already established Mechanical Contractor with an established Maintenance Division. Following significant investment over the last 18 months they now require an experienced M&E Service Manager.
Our Client is a fast growing, well established M&E Contractor. They are currently seeking the services of an experienced M&E Service Manager to help grow and take the company to the next level.
As an experienced Service Manager within the M&E Maintenance sector, the available salary for this position is GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 + Car & Package Benefits.
Duties will include:
- To ensure delivery and maintenance of all job programmes by effectively scheduling work & allocating resources.
- To liaise with Supervisors to ensure that defined quality standards are achieved in each job.
- To ensure that all relevant Health and Safety equipment, if required, is available for each job and that Health and Safety standards are maintained during each job programme.
- To identify any training needs for the Engineers
- To ensure that each job is undertaken cost effectively to maximise the profitability of each job.
- Provide performance feedback to the FM Director on a regular basis
- Discuss jobs with the clients to make sure they are satisfied with the works & the company performance
- Help organise material & spare parts for the engineers
To be considered for this opportunity you will need:
- A proven track record of management in the Building Services industry / M&E Maintenance sector.
- A very confident and competitive nature and be highly target driven.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational style and self-motivated.
- The ability to bring in new ideas to the table.
- Trade qualifications, ideally Mechanically qualified
