Curriculum Manager - HMP Exeter (Maternity Cover)

The College is seeking to employ an outstanding, dynamic and innovative Curriculum Manager at HMP Exeter to lead for the College within a unique and challenging prison setting.

You will be responsible for the operational delivery of the College's offender learning curriculum including the line management of all staff and ensuring adherence to the College's quality standards and expectations.

You will also need to be a strong and robust partner to the prison service, liaising with a range of prison staff and ensuring all security processes are accurately followed.

You will assist with and lead on a range of duties associated with efficient and effective development and design of the curriculum as well as ensuring effective contract delivery and engaging external partners to enhance the learning experience.

Candidates must have a teaching qualification and management experience and would ideally have relevant experience within offender learning.
