Regional Valuer (Estate Agency)

This market leading estate agency who have won a "Gold Award" for customer service are seeing major growth to their business, this means a new and experienced Regional Valuer is now required to help contribute towards their growing success, you’ll be based in the Nottingham area, but will be travelling to its surrounding areas.

You’ll require the following to be considered for the role:

• A good level of proven experience within a Regional Valuer’s or similar position (desirable)
• Have an excellent track-record within sales
• Have a full UK Driving License due to the nature of the role
• Be based in or around the Nottingham area
• Be organised, dedicated and energetic
• Ability to hit and exceed targets

You’ll be representing the company and visiting properties in order to appraise the value, whilst offering client’s advice and assessing each opportunity with a view to winning instructions.

Other aspects of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Winning new business through attending pre-booked appointments
• Hitting and exceeding targets
• Travelling to booking in and around the Nottingham area
• Delivering excellent customer service which our client is renowned for
• Attending around four appointments booked for you per day

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £45,000 per annum (uncapped commission).

Also, you will receive car allowance, mileage, laptop, mobile, camera and an Ipad.
