Being an Assistant Manager is an exciting and challenging positon!
Outstanding Customer service is their top priority, ensuring their customers have the very best cinema experience.
Flexibility is key in this role as you will work across all areas of the business ranging from HR and marketing to cleaning and maintenance. As an Assistant Manager you will support the Manager in the day-to-day running of the cinema. Your role will be to coach all team members including Supervisors, Customer Service Assistants and the Cleaning Team. You need to be able to adapt quickly and rise to every challenge. Great interpersonal skills are needed to support the Manager to inspire a team that performs 7 days a week.
Previous supervisory / management experience in a retail, leisure or hospitality environment is essential.
