Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a permanent basis dealing with inbound & outbound calls in their centrally located NOTTINGHAM office
To exceed in the role you will need to have:
*Previous Customer Service experience.
*Be target driven, determined and motivated.
*Proven ability to prioritise a busy varied workload.
*Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and clients.
*Experience within a call centre environment.
Details:
*GBP17,000 + bonuses
*Working Hours: Shift work between 8am-8pm, including weekends.
*Immediate start dates in JULY & AUGUST
*Permanent

Role of a Advisor:
*Dealing with outbound calls to both existing and new clients.
*Questioning the clients regarding the personal circumstances.
*Assessing if the client meets the service requirements
*Promoting and up selling company products and services.
*Adhering to company policies and procedures when speaking to the clients.
*Accurately inputting the data.
