Quantity Surveying and Project Management - Residential, Commercial, Industrial - Quantity Surveyor

This Regional Quantity Surveying and Project Management Consultancy, with projects across the Midlands and South-East, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing, Leicester offices.

This consultancy is experiencing a period of sustained growth and there is a real opportunity to gain MRICS and for the right person, Director level positions will become available.

Role: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Leicester

Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 - APC support and Continued training

Duties: The Quantity Surveyor will report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and will work on projects from Feasibility to Final Account.

Duties will include assisting with -

- Budget Estimates
- Preparation of Bills of Quantities and Schedules of Work
- Preparation of contract documents
- Project meetings
- Interim valuations
- Tender analysis
- Final accounts
- Employer's Agent duties

Requirements: The Quantity Surveyor will have completed an RICS accredited Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline.

Most importantly, the Quantity Surveyor will be comfortable running a project from Inception to Completion with limited supervision.
