Care Home Manager

Work for one of the UKs leading Care Home Groups as a Home Manager, running a 68 bedded nursing home, caring for residents with various needs: Nursing, Older People, Younger Adults & Physical Disabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure a safe, comfortable and engaging environment for residents – acting as a positive role model to inspire all colleagues to deliver the kindest care at all times
• Maintain effective financial management of the Home
• Identify opportunities to build and maintain relationships within the community
• Ensure the Home is compliant with all standards, regulations, legal and organisational requirements Ensure effective administrative processes are maintained
• Motivate, develop and inspire your staff; managing performance

What we’re looking for:

• NMC registered or S/NVQ4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experienced Deputy/ Manager in a Care Home environment
• Considerate, empathetic and caring nature – focused on residents needs
• Leadership/supervisory experience – an excellent relationship manager
• Committed, dedicated and passionate work ethic
• Financial acumen
