QA Supervisor
Job title: QA Supervisor Location: Cambridgeshire Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP28,000 DOE Type: Perm Company description:This company are a major supplier of fresh produce within the UK. Ideal Candidate description:The ideal person to fit in as QA Supervisor will have experience of working closely with a busy team effectively. They will have previous experience within the FMCG environment, high care or low care. They have to be driven to excellence and be able to work as part of a team to drive them forward. It is important they have basic HACCP, Micro and food safety training and possess acute attention to detail. Mainly have a flexible attitude and the keenness to get on with others. Job description and key responsibilities:The main purpose of this job is to support the QA Manager with the day to day running of the department. Procedures and tasks are to be completed in a timely fashion whilst always adhering to procedures.
- Ensure the working hour limit is not exceeded by organising rotas and monitoring time keeping.
- Ensure Micro samples are collected and documented
- Update intake high risk list from crop report whilst reviewing history and liaising with suppliers
- Site audits such as CCP, GMP and making sure paper work is in order
