Multitrade Operative - Osborne Property Services - Winchester

We are recruiting for a Multitrade Operative to support our housing contract based out of and covering Winchester. Reporting to the Responsive Repairs Supervisor this role is responsible for dealing with all relevant service requests whilst ensuring that you uphold the Osborne values at all times.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Carry out maintenance works efficiently and to a high standard
- Provide a professional Multitrade service, to include, but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, wall/floor tiling whilst completing all tasks to an acceptable standard.
- Working to agreed service level KPI's whilst adhering to all Health and Safety requirements.
- 1st and 2nd fix works within resident homes.
- Be flexible in attitude and manner and to deal appropriately with a wide variety of situations.
