Our client is a leading apprenticeship training provider.
Job Purpose:
A Quality Manager will be an ultimate organiser with a natural flair in developing strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business and support on the implementation of the company's quality systems, ready to support a forward thinking and successful training provider in the south west.
You will be responsible for the delivery of effective quality and continuous improvement across teaching, learning and assessment, working with teams to ensure that the day to day business objectives are achieved and you will lead, develop and coach the team to deliver excellence in quality.
You will be responsible for the leadership and quality management of all programmes of to ensure company targets and business objectives are met.
The ideal candidate will have as a minimum:
Understanding of what constitutes 'Outstanding' Quality
Full teaching qualification and current experience of teaching Level 3 and above qualifications
Demonstrable experience of Grade 2 or above quality assurance
Experience of Study Programmes and Apprenticeships
Experience of internally quality assuring qualifications
Critical eye for data, and data analysis
