Maintenance Electrician (MOD / Aerospace)
Portsmouth, Hampshire
GBP32,000 per annum + Van + Pension + Benefits
Excellent role on offer for an experienced Maintenance Electrician from a manufacturing / production environment looking for an extremely varied role where you will work for an expanding market leading company where you will work within a variety of high profile sites across Hampshire.
Do you have experience of working on facilities or building services within a production / manufacturing environment? Are you looking for an autonomous role whilst working in a variety of environments that present different challenges on a daily basis?
This well-established company hold contracts to supply maintenance to a high profile, world renowned manufacturers within a range of sectors such as the Aerospace / Defence Sector, and other Manufacturing companies UK Wide. They have recently won a huge contract with the MOD to work on an array of different areas within their sites. Due to continual growth and increased demand for their services they are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Electrician.
In this role, you will be carrying out electrical installations, test and inspecting, carrying out the diagnostics, repair and installation of industrial power control, circuits and devices. You will also carry out on occasion factory machinery safety upgrades and repairs and carry out machinery repairs. All of the sites are based within the Hampshire area however 10-20% of the time you will be required to stay away on sites.
This is an extremely varied, and exciting role which would ideally suit an experienced Maintenance Technician from a facilities / building services background who has worked within a production environment who is looking for variety and the chance to work for a secure, expanding company that are well known to look after their staff.

* Test & Inspection
* GBP32,000 + Van + Benefits
The Person:
* Maintenance Electrician
* Must be qualified in an electrical discipline
* Must have experience of working in a manufacturing / production environment
* Experience of facilities / building services.
* Live commutable to Portsmouth
