The Role
The Business Development Manager will be targeting an elite client base selling the companies effective recruitment software and finance for start-up temporary agencies. You will be working out of their lavish offices based in the heart of the city, which holds a fast-paced sales environment. The Business Development Manager will be liaising with key decision makers to bring forward a large influx of new business.
The Candidate
The ideal Business Development Manager will have at least 3 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant or have experience in providing a service to temp recruitment agenises. You will have the much-needed resilience and will be a strong character that pushes to over exceed in any given target. The Business Development Manager will have an exceptional telephone manor and will be incredibly articulate, as well as having the confidence to talk with CEO's and Managing Directors daily basis.
The Package
This exciting sales role has a competitive basic of GBP40,000 with an exceptional first year OTE of GBP70,000. The Business Development Manager will also receive a fantastic pension scheme and healthcare as well as having a company phone and laptop. Full training is provided to ensure you reach your full potential and exceed the target given to gain full commission.
