Job Description A company that is a single resource for all aspects of recruitment and HR support is seeking a Recruitment Advisor based in Milton Keynes to join its expanding team.
The company work with small, medium and large enterprises, providing expertise and resources in all areas of the recruitment lifecycle, at every stage of a company's evolution. It recruits in a modern, cost-effective and engaging way, creating recruitment infrastructures and providing complementary resources and outsourcing for our clients as and when they need it.
As the Recruitment Advisor your duties will include:
• Sourcing CVs.
• Arranging interviews.
• Dealing with queries.
To be a successful Recruitment Advisor you will have the following skills and experience:
• Proven administration experience and demonstrate a strong approach to customer service.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or HR is highly regarded.
• Proactive approach with ability to think outside the box and use initiative.
• A genuine interest in a long-term career in recruitment is essential as this role offers a great career path.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
In return, the Recruitment Advisor will receive a salary of GBP15,000 - GBP20,000 pro rata.
