Recruitment Sales Lead Generator
Slough Area
New business development & Account management
- To utilise the client database to generate new business.
- To canvass for new clients, cold calling and following up new leads.
- Networking, developing industry contacts.
- Maintaining regular contact with your clients, both potential and existing.
- Following up on referrals and leads.
- Building new relationships and maintaining them.
- Researching new geographic areas as well as industries.
- Making outbound telephone calls to target businesses using the company database as well as research material, including cold calling, list cleansing and service calls.
- Following up warm sales leads from those initial calls with the purpose of securing new business.
- Ensure targets are met and customer information is recorded on the database.
- Be responsible for all screening, referencing and verification of qualifications.
- Keep website updated and relevant
- Take calls from employees / applicants and pass on messages to the relevant consultant.
- Contact candidates by Telephone / E-mail / Post / SMS and compile lists of availability .
- Help to answer and distribute calls during busy periods.
- Maintenance of HR files.
- Any adhoc HR related administration as and when required.

- Must be a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible approach
- Excellent attention to detail skills essential.
- Deliver a professional and consistent administration service to clients, both internal and external personnel.
- Possess a good sense of humour
- Well-presented and spoken with excellent client liaison skills
- Car Driver
- Team player, driven and with a sense of urgency
- Initiative and willing to go the extra mile
- Ability to meet targets as required
- Previous Sales and or Recruitment experience is ideal.
- Hands on all-rounder, able to perform a multitude of tasks
