What you'll do:

Work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality software regularly, repeatedly and predictably in a high volume, always-on digital service environment using Lean and Agile methods.

How you'll do it:

Reporting to the Delivery Lead you will:

• Be a role model and an amazing colleague demonstrating an analytical, experimental approach to solving problems and investigating opportunities.
• Be an active participant and facilitator in important team activities (e.g. retrospectives).
• Ensure there is a common, detailed understanding of the problem/opportunity within the team.
• Provide the voice of the customer, ensuring the team understand the customer motivations, goals and pain points.
• Break work down in a meaningful way to minimize dependencies and facilitate the continuous delivery of value.
• Facilitate workshops and elaborate work items to ensure a common understanding of the criteria for successful completion.
• Assist in the prioritization of work to ensure the continuous and efficient delivery of value.
• Collaborate with team members throughout the delivery process, responding to changes as they arise to avoid rework and bugs.
• Play an active role in the evaluation of all work to ensure completeness and quality.
• Provide information for the team to measure the success of outcomes.
• Bring people together to solve problems and share success.
• Be a self-starter, inquisitive, never satisfied with the status-quo.
• Be a clear, concise and influential communicator.
• Be confident and credible when working with stakeholders.
• Be commercially astute.
