Employment Support Coordinator

To provide employment support to clients through a wide variety of employment projects and programmes.

Develop, plan and deliver a wide range of employability support to young people and long term unemployed participants and people managing work limiting health conditions.

Develop strong links with DWP, Careers Wales and Community for Work and Community First teams and other Third Sector Support Agencies to establish strong referrals and signposting links.

This post will report to the Project Manager East, and be part of the team based in our Wrexham office.
