So, what will the role of Accounts / Project Reconciliation Assistant entail?
Reporting to the Project Manager and working as part of the wider Project Management team, your varied tasks will include although not be limited to:
- Preparing, tracking and maintaining project documentation
- Scheduling resources
- Preparing project accounts and supporting accounts analysis and variance analysis
- Analysing income and expenditure against budget
- Producing and updating regular project reports
- Preparing quotations, raising purchase orders, matching goods received notes (GRN) and invoicing requests
- Reconciling purchase and sales invoices
- Processing and reconciling contractor timesheets
- Supporting with QHSE documentation
- Responding to enquiries via email and telephone
What will I need to be considered for this Accounts / Project Reconciliation Assistant vacancy?
- Proven administration experience with a good understanding of finance
- An AAT or relevant finance qualification
- Excellent IT skills with experience of using finance/accounting systems
- Demonstrable accurate record keeping experience
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually, using own initiative
- Highly organised with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- A high level of attention to detail

Salary: £19,500
Attractive Benefits: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing to 25 days plus bank holidays after 5 years service, pension, healthcare, life assurance, and childcare and cycle scheme vouchers
Hours of Work: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: St Asaph (Denbighshire, North Wales)
