Job Title: Job Dispatcher / Office Administrator
This 24/7 emergency plumbing and drainage company requires office based staff to support their planned growth. In order to keep their plumbing & drainage engineers working, they need a dedicated office based professional to work within their Loughton office.
You will provide customer service support for all customers and engineers, main duties will include answering customer enquiries, dealing with job bookings and allocating jobs to engineers.
Hours:
Monday to Friday - 08.00 to 18.00
One day per week you will be required to do 11am to 9pm - This will rotate every week.
You will be required to work one weekend per month and you will receive two days off in return during the week.
Salary - £20,800.00 -£26,000.00 (depending on ability) + Overtime + Bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Answer all emails or pass to relevant member of staff
- Assist customers with their enquiries
- Update changes and status of each customer job on their database
- Call clients with updates and to get uplift when required
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Book and allocate jobs to for the engineers
- Liaise with engineers
- Coach engineers
- Keep a spread sheet of ordered parts
- Liaise with customer for uplift approvals
- Other reasonable duties as and when required
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be outgoing, friendly, happy and easy to get on with
- Excellent on computers
- Office experience is a must
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Stable career history
- Looking for a career and not just a job.
- Great telephone manner
- Able to act professionally at all times
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent references
