Platinum Recruitment's Pubs and Bars Division is currently representing a Gastro Pub in Bedford and have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to join their team.
Client
This site is a one of 5 pubs that make up this a small independently owned group of dinning pubs based across Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, they are serving fresh seasonal food in an informal and relaxed atmosphere.
Role
The right candidate will be in strong in all aspects in the kitchen with at least 2 years of Head chef experience working in a busy restaurant/Gastro Pub. Must be passionate about seasonal ingredients and have strong management skills with the ability to delegate and lead a team of 5 chefs in the kitchen.
