As an Export Sales Administrator, you’ll be the point of contact for order fulfilment of our client’s export orders. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Provide an end-to-end order fulfilment service, from quotation and freight booking through to invoicing 
- Develop strong working relationships with customers 
- Liaise with central ordering teams and third party logistics providers to ensure goods are expedited to schedule 
- Ensure payment terms are adhered to including letters of credit 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Experience in an export administration or logistics role 
- A working knowledge of incoterms, freight and export procedures including letters of credit 

Motivated and driven, as an Export Sales Administrator, you’ll have solid communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a strong customer focus and excellent problem solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail is also key.
