1st Line Tech Support & Onsite Engineer
Our client, a small but rapidly growing specialist telecoms business based in Churwell, Leeds, needs a additional staff in their support team to help customers
You'll be involved in:
- Answering customer queries and inbound calls
- Setting up Handsets/Mobile Phones for customers
- Providing assistance when an issue arises
- Onsite Installations (PCs, Phone Systems and Cabling)
You'll need:
- To be confident, motivated and have experience in a customer facing role
- To be friendly, articulate and have a great telephone manner
- To be numerate and PC literate with an attention to detail
- To be a confident user of IT
They would like:
- You to be tech savy
- Know the difference between an APN and an IP address
- Have dealt with customers or telecoms before
- Knowledge of phone systems such as Avaya
