IT TECHNICIAN
30 hours per week / 39 weeks per year
(Term time + 4 days during school holidays)
Grade 4 £17,419 - £19,430 FTE
(actual salary £11,975 - £13,358)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a natural flair for IT from September 2017.

You will be responsible for providing first level IT technical support to pupils and staff in school and for administering the day to day running of our systems. This will include PC, application, printer and hardware installation/support, security and patch deployment, responding to support requests, booking of IT resources and record keeping.

The successful candidate will need to have good customer and interpersonal skills, and a logical approach to problem solving. Being able to self-motivate and prioritise your own workload is essential.

1-2 years of experience working in a similar role would be desirable, however not essential as training will be given.

The working hours are 08:15 - 16:15 (with a 30-minute lunch break), 4 days per week. The actual days to be worked are negotiable.
