LOROS Enterprises Limited is the trading subsidiary of LOROS and is responsible for running the Charity's shops which provide an important source of income to the Charity, this role will further improve the income needed to care for the patients at the Hospice.
Donation Co-ordinator
12 months fixed term contract based at the
LOROS Re-Use Shop, Hamilton
26.5 hours per week working Friday, Saturday and Sunday/
Saturday, Sunday and Monday
£7.50 per hour
You will be responsible for meeting, greeting and accepting donations and ensuring the items received from donators are is a saleable condition.
Duties will also include ensuring the gift aid process is carried out and that all stock is sorted and priced correctly. You will also be required to support the Shop Manager/Deputy, as required.
Excellent communication and customer care skills are essential as is previous experience of working in retail. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to move and handle heavy items.
